Spiro Geroulanos is the sole Managing Member of Trident Developers NY LLC, a Brooklyn-based company that manages, develops, and builds commercial and residential buildings and condominiums. A licensed Professional Engineer who has been practicing since 1998, Spiro seeks challenges that make the most of both his acumen in engineering and his entrepreneurial spirit.
Early in his engineering career, Spiro created a new challenge of his own: how could he establish a comprehensive outlet for his professional passions? For nearly twenty years since then, Trident Developers has served as much more than just an answer to Spiro’s question. The company has become an integral force in dozens of real estate development and construction projects (new construction, additions, and gut renovations) throughout Brooklyn, New York.
